RA Spider-man Archives Promo

Unlike some of my other commissioned sketch cards, these are official Marvel approved sketch cards.

As part of the Rittenhouse Archives Spider-man Archives card set, I did 211 hand-drawn sketch cards. I have yet to hear back how many of those were approved, but these four, appearing on their site as samples, must have been, so I'll show them here as well.

Of course we have (left to right, top to bottom); Black Suit Spider-man, Spider-Hulk (no, I didn't make that up), Spider-ham, and Venom.

More when the whole thing is approved.

Sorry, no art today...

...too depressed. My external drive has bit the dust, and with it goes a lot of recent art, and current projects. I'm already trying to arrange data recovery, which will be costly, but necessary. I realized too late that my backup wasn't one -- that external drive housed sole copies of some pieces. I'll be buying a second external HD (at least a second) very soon, so this crap is unlikely to repeat itself.

It's quite a bummer, and I'll probably be very quiet until things get back on track. Thanks for bearing with me.

Hero and Menace?

Today, a couple of characters from an original story I'm writing (and hopefully drawing, should we get to that point). These are character drawings, and may change later on.



Alita Arianna Greymare is a 19-year-old technological genius, and would-be defender of the galaxy.



Omniforms are an animalistic, shape-shifting, reptilian alien race, from the planet Kaleeomanovaratomas.

All I'll say for now on these two. ;)
